Context
Paris La Défense used to create and manage a website for each new event it organized. So they commissioned the Clint agency to start from scratch by creating a web application that would solve the following problems:- How might we help identify PLD as an organizer and driving force behind the La Défense district?
- How might we create functional modules that are both generic/reusable and adapted to all PLD events?
- How might we harmoniously combine the PLD brand universe with the graphic identity of each event?

Design process
We designed a system that allows for the customization of key elements (colors, images, etc.) to differentiate and personalize events while maintaining a consistent foundational structure.
At the same time, we streamlined editorial needs by developing around twenty modules. These modules address all the requirements of event organizers, whether for current or future events, enabling them to easily compose dedicated event pages.
Our approach is built on a logic of reusability and flexibility. This led us to create an agile back-office system that meets all editorial demands while remaining quick, intuitive, and easy for teams to manage and administer.

Result
The marketing team initially sought to strengthen their connection with the public by improving the visibility of the Paris La Défense event calendar and enhancing event tracking. This included implementing notification features, personalized alerts, and user accounts for a more engaging experience.Additionally, Archie brings a modern, impactful, and dynamic image to the event site, featuring animations designed to capture the hearts of residents across the Île-de-France region.
Lastly, this product significantly streamlines the work of the Paris La Défense teams, saving them valuable time in organizing future events. The reusable system allows for the creation of multiple personalized events with a high degree of flexibility, ensuring both efficiency and creativity.
